Use A Penny for Your Thoughts as a message-in-a-bottle alternative to a traditional wedding guest book. One shared link brings wishes and memories into the same story.
Choose a prompt for your guests
Ask “What is your favorite memory of us?” or “What wish would you send into our future?” Cast the prompt and choose a reply goal of 10, 25, 50, or 100 stops. One participant can add one reply per bottle, so plan the goal around your group.
Send the bottle before or after the celebration
Include its link in your existing guest email or group chat. Guests can open, wipe, and read the bottle for free. New participants start with 5 free pennies; casting or adding a saved reply uses one penny. Additional pennies can be purchased.
Build a story across places
A guest may add their name or stay anonymous, and their city is optional. Locations supplied with replies become recorded stops on the journey. Sharing a link does not itself create a stop or automatically send the bottle around the world.
Keep access to your memories
Return using the same browser, or save the private recovery key from your penny balance panel to restore your wallet on another device. Anyone with the bottle link can read it, so leave private information out. Saved messages cannot currently be edited or undone. At its reply goal, the bottle comes home and remains readable and shareable.
